Step by step.
- Bring the template into Notion (about 5 minutes). In Notion, open Settings → Import → Text & Markdown and choose the inner Notion import zip. First unzip the download you receive (the outer zip), but keep the Notion import zip inside it zipped: Notion reads it directly and keeps every page linked. A page called Crestform Premium Notion Business OS appears in your sidebar, with Start Here and the 11 databases inside.
- Tell Notion what each column holds (about 45–60 minutes). Switch each column to its proper type (money, date, status, and so on) using the included Schema Map as your checklist. This is what lets money add up and dates show on a calendar.
- Connect the lists to each other (about 30–45 minutes). Link invoices to clients, projects to tasks, and so on, so each record knows where it belongs.
- Switch on the automatic calculations (about 30 minutes). Revenue, costs, margin, progress, and team workload start updating by themselves.
- Make it yours (about 30 minutes). Rename the deal stages in your own words, add your team, build the Owner Command Center, and adjust the 10 SOPs to how you really work.
- Test the full journey (about 15 minutes). Run one pretend deal from lead to won client to project to paid invoice, and confirm every number updates before you rely on it.

Do I need a paid Notion plan?
No. The free plan is enough to start, and every setup step works on it. Notion Plus (about $10/user/month) is recommended when you share client portal pages with guests.

Is this a subscription?
No. Every Crestform product is a one-time purchase. You pay once and keep lifetime access to the product you bought, including every update we release for it. Crestform never charges you monthly. Some products run on third-party tools such as Notion, an AI assistant or n8n; each product page lists every tool, whether it's required, the plan you need and what it costs per month, so you know the full picture before you buy.
What do “lifetime access” and “updates” mean exactly?
Lifetime access means you keep the version you bought for as long as your license stands. Updates means the improvements we release for that same product, at no extra cost: through your Gumroad library, or by email for direct purchases. Each release is recorded in the product's CHANGELOG. We don't promise specific future features or dates.
How do I receive my product?
Gumroad purchases are delivered instantly: your download appears on screen, Gumroad emails you a receipt with the download link, and the product stays in your Gumroad library at app.gumroad.com/library. Direct purchases (card, PayPal or crypto) are delivered by hand: your files are emailed from crestform@qrypty.com within 1 business day of payment. For crypto, that starts once the payment confirms on the network.
Why does my receipt or statement say Setstill?
Card, PayPal and crypto payments are processed by Setstill, Crestform's sister brand, which processes payments for our direct links. Your statement will show SETSTILL. This is expected: it's a Crestform purchase. If you see a Setstill charge you don't recognize, write to crestform@qrypty.com before you contact your bank, and we'll match it to your order.
Is my payment secure? Do you see my card details?
Checkout happens on the payment provider's own hosted page: Gumroad, Stripe, PayPal or NOWPayments. We never see or store your full card details.
What about sales tax, VAT and invoices?
On Gumroad, Gumroad is the merchant of record: it charges you, handles sales tax and VAT where it applies, and issues your receipt. If you need a business invoice for a direct purchase, email crestform@qrypty.com with your company details.
I'm not technical. Can I really set this up?
Yes. That's the standard every Crestform product is written to. Every step is explained in plain language, in order, with where to click, why it matters and what you should see when it worked. Every term is defined with an example. Plain language never means shorter: if a step needs explaining, it's explained in full. If you still get stuck, email us.
What support is included, and what isn't?
Setup help is included: write to crestform@qrypty.com with the step you're on and a screenshot, and we answer within one business day. Support covers setting up and using the product as documented. It doesn't cover building custom features for you, or fixing problems inside third-party tools (Notion, n8n, your AI assistant or email provider) that aren't caused by our files.
What if it doesn't work for me?
