The Crestform Guarantee: 14 days

Every Crestform system is built to be implemented, not admired. If you set it up following the Quick-Start guide and it doesn't do what we describe, email crestform@qrypty.com within 14 days of purchase with your order email and a short note on what didn't work. We'll help you fix it, or refund you in full.

How refunds work

Refunds are issued through Gumroad to your original payment method. Card refunds usually appear in 5-10 business days. A refund ends your license: access to the product and future updates is removed, and you agree to delete any copies, duplicated Notion workspaces, files, prompts and workflows.

What the guarantee doesn't cover

Requests after 14 days; a second refund on the same product; and purchases bought to copy, resell or redistribute.

Your statutory rights

Nothing in this policy limits rights you have under the law where you live, including the EU/UK 14-day right of withdrawal and Brazil's 7-day right of withdrawal, or rights for faulty digital content.

Before you dispute a charge, talk to us. We answer within one business day and resolve almost everything directly.
