These terms apply to every Crestform product you buy, whether through Gumroad or directly on crestform.pages.dev. They are written in plain language on purpose. Plain does not mean incomplete: read them in full before you buy. By completing a purchase, you agree to them.

1. Who we are

Crestform builds premium, highly specialized digital systems: Notion systems, templates and digital kits designed to be implemented in a real business. Each product is sold individually. We do not sell bundles.

Setstill is Crestform's sister brand. For now, direct purchases on the Crestform site are processed through Setstill's payment accounts. Section 4 explains what this means for you.

2. What you are buying

Every Crestform product is digital. Nothing physical is shipped. Depending on the product, your purchase includes a package containing the system itself (for example, a Notion import file), a branded Quick-Start guide in PDF, a README, a LICENSE and a CHANGELOG. The product page describes exactly what is included, what it does, what it requires and how long setup takes.

Some products need third-party tools to work: for example, a Notion account, a paid Notion plan for multi-user client portals, or n8n (n8n Cloud or self-hosted) for automation workflows. These tools are not part of your purchase. Any cost they carry is yours, and the third party's own terms apply to them. Check the requirements on the product page before you buy.

3. Your license

When you buy a Crestform product, you are buying a license to use it. You do not buy ownership of the product, its design, or its content. Crestform keeps all intellectual property rights.

What you can do:

Use the product for your own personal use, or for the internal use of your own business.
Customize, adapt and extend it as much as you want for that use.
Keep using the version you bought, and the updates we release for it, for as long as your license stands.

What you cannot do:

Resell, sublicense, rent or give away the product or any part of it, modified or not.
Share copies, files, download links or duplicated workspaces with anyone outside your license.
Publish it, upload it to a marketplace or file-sharing site, or include it in another product, template, course or service you sell or distribute.
Use it to build a competing product.

One purchase covers one buyer. If you need the product for a team, several businesses, or client work beyond your own business, write to crestform@qrypty.com before you use it that way and we will tell you what applies.

If you break these license terms, your license ends automatically, without a refund, and we may take further action to protect our work.

4. How to pay and who charges you

You can buy Crestform products in two ways.

Gumroad (main checkout). Gumroad processes the payment and acts as merchant of record. That means Gumroad charges you, handles sales tax and VAT where it applies, and issues your receipt. Gumroad's own terms also apply to that transaction.

Direct links on crestform.pages.dev. You can pay:

by card, processed by Stripe;
by PayPal;
in cryptocurrency, processed by NOWPayments.

Direct payments are currently received on the accounts of Setstill, Crestform's sister brand. The merchant name you see at checkout and on your card or PayPal statement will be "Setstill", not "Crestform". This is expected. It is a Crestform purchase. If you see a Setstill charge you do not recognize, write to crestform@qrypty.com before you contact your bank, and we will match it to your order.

Prices are shown on each product page in the currency stated there. Your bank, card issuer, PayPal or crypto network may add its own fees, exchange-rate spreads or network fees. Those are outside our control and are not part of the Crestform price.

5. Delivery

Gumroad purchases are delivered instantly. Gumroad emails you a receipt with your download link, and the product stays in your Gumroad library, at app.gumroad.com/library, signed in with your purchase email.

Direct-link purchases are not delivered automatically. We check each payment by hand, then email your files from crestform@qrypty.com within one business day of payment. For crypto payments, the clock starts once the payment is confirmed on the network.

Use an email address you check. Add crestform@qrypty.com to your contacts, and look in spam, promotions and junk folders before writing to us. If your files have not arrived within one business day, write to crestform@qrypty.com with your payment details (date, amount, method and the email you used) and we will sort it out.

Delivery is complete when the files are made available to you through Gumroad or sent to the email address you gave us.

6. The Crestform Implementation Guarantee: 14 days

Every Crestform system is built to be implemented, not admired. Our guarantee is built around that.

What it covers. If you set up the product following its Quick-Start guide and it does not do what we describe, email crestform@qrypty.com within 14 days of purchase. Include your order email (or, for direct purchases, your payment details) and a short note on what didn't work. We will help you fix it. If we can't, or you would rather not continue, we refund you in full.

What it does not cover.

Requests made more than 14 days after purchase.
A second refund on the same product.
Purchases made to copy, resell or redistribute the product.
Costs of third-party tools, such as Notion plans or n8n.

How refunds are paid. Refunds go back through the original payment method:

Gumroad purchases are refunded through Gumroad.
Card purchases on the site are refunded through Stripe to the same card.
PayPal purchases are refunded to the same PayPal account.

Card refunds usually appear within 5 to 10 business days. Timing after that depends on your bank or PayPal, not on us.

Crypto refunds are handled case by case. Crypto payments can't be reversed like card payments, and their value changes. If you paid in crypto and qualify for a refund, we agree the amount, the currency and the receiving wallet with you directly before anything is sent. Network fees may apply. Send crypto refund requests to crestform@qrypty.com and they will be reviewed personally.

What a refund ends. A refund ends your license. Access to the product and future updates is removed, and you agree to delete every copy you hold: files, duplicated or imported Notion workspaces, prompts and workflows.

7. Your statutory rights

Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under the law of the country where you live. That includes, where they apply, the EU and UK 14-day right of withdrawal for digital content, Brazil's 7-day right of withdrawal, and your rights if digital content is faulty or not as described. Where the law gives you more than these terms do, the law wins.

If you are buying as a business, rather than as a consumer, consumer withdrawal rights may not apply to you. The Implementation Guarantee in section 6 still does.

8. Before you dispute a charge

Talk to us first. We answer within one business day and resolve almost everything directly. A chargeback or payment dispute takes longer for you and blocks us from fixing the actual problem. Disputes filed through Gumroad may also block you from buying on Gumroad again.

9. Updates and support

We may improve products over time. Updates for the product you bought are delivered at no extra cost through your Gumroad library or by email for direct purchases. Each release is recorded in the product's CHANGELOG. We do not promise any specific future feature or date.

Setup help is included. Write to crestform@qrypty.com with the step you're on and a screenshot.

10. Liability

Crestform products are tools. The results you get depend on how you set them up and use them, and on your business. We do not guarantee any specific business outcome, revenue or result. To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any product is limited to the price you paid for it. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The version published when you made your purchase applies to that purchase. The "last updated" date at the top shows the current version.
